How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard US shipping on orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most major countries. Flat rate $14.95. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.
Can I track my order?
Yes — every order ships with tracking. You’ll get an email with the link once your package ships.
I haven’t received my tracking email. What do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If still nothing after 3-5 business days from order, email us at hello@treaslet.com with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@treaslet.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund free of charge — you don’t need to return the damaged item.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Then 5-10 business days for it to appear in your account (depends on your bank).
Products
Are your designs original?
Yes. We design in-house or work with independent artists. We’re inspired by aesthetics (Y2K, Cottagecore, etc.) but never copy specific copyrighted characters or trademarks.
Are stickers waterproof?
Yes — all our stickers are made of waterproof, scratch-resistant vinyl. Safe for water bottles, laptops, journals, and outdoor use.
What’s an “ita bag”?
An ita bag is a clear-window bag designed to display pins, charms, and badges. They’re popular in anime/aesthetic culture for showcasing your favorite collectibles. We carry them in various sizes and styles.
Can I see materials and dimensions?
Yes — every product page lists exact dimensions, materials, and care instructions in the description.
Account & Payments
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. But creating an account makes reordering and tracking easier.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
Is my payment info secure?
Yes — we never see or store your full card number. All payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal with industry-standard encryption.
