Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our studio. You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Times
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days — $4.95 (FREE on orders over $50)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days — $9.95
International
- Standard International: 7-21 business days — $14.95 flat rate
- Available to: Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore (more added periodically)
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your package leaves our studio.
Customs & Duties (International)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (US) or 30+ business days (international), email us at hello@treaslet.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either replace your order or issue a refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes within the US. APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS — please allow extra time.
Order Cutoff
Orders placed before 12 PM PST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders after that or on weekends/holidays start processing the next business day.
