Easy Returns Within 30 Days

If you’re not in love with your order, we’ll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging or hangtags should be included if applicable
  • Some items are non-returnable for hygiene/quality reasons (final sale items, custom orders, gift cards)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email hello@treaslet.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the address we provide
  4. Once received, we’ll inspect and process within 3-5 business days
  5. Refund will be issued to original payment method (typically appears in 5-10 business days)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund free of charge — no need to return the damaged item.

Return Shipping

  • Defective/incorrect items: Treaslet covers return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges (where applicable), we treat it as a return + new order. Email us first to coordinate.

Refund Timeline Summary

  • Item received by us: within 1-2 weeks of return shipment
  • Inspection: 3-5 business days
  • Refund issued: same day as approval
  • Refund visible in your account: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
