You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging or hangtags should be included if applicable
- Some items are non-returnable for hygiene/quality reasons (final sale items, custom orders, gift cards)
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@treaslet.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using the address we provide
- Once received, we’ll inspect and process within 3-5 business days
- Refund will be issued to original payment method (typically appears in 5-10 business days)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund free of charge — no need to return the damaged item.
Return Shipping
- Defective/incorrect items: Treaslet covers return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges (where applicable), we treat it as a return + new order. Email us first to coordinate.
Refund Timeline Summary
- Item received by us: within 1-2 weeks of return shipment
- Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Refund issued: same day as approval
- Refund visible in your account: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
